What changes the final quote
Size and configuration. A 4-seater or a U-shaped sectional has more fabric than a loveseat. If your piece is bigger than the option you picked, we’ll say so before booking.
Fabric and material. Delicate fabrics, viscose rugs and S- or X-coded upholstery need a different approach, and some can’t be wet-cleaned.
Condition. Heavy buildup, old stains and pet accidents can need more treatment. We assess them honestly and won’t promise every stain will disappear.
Access. Stairs, parking and building rules affect the visit. Tell us up front.
Any additional charges are confirmed with you before you book. An estimate isn’t a payment or a booking.
Example starting estimates
A 3-seater sofa and two armchairs: $149 + 2 × $69 = $287 starting estimate.
A corner sectional and a medium area rug: $189 + $99 = $288 starting estimate.
Six upholstered dining chairs: 6 × $25 = $150 starting estimate.
Two small carpeted rooms: 2 × $99 = $198 starting estimate.
A queen mattress and a 2-seater sofa: $119 + $129 = $248 starting estimate.
Choosing the right option
Sofas are priced by seat count: count the seat cushions, not the people. If your sofa has a chaise or a corner, look at L-shaped sofas, and bigger corner and U-shaped setups are large sectionals. A separate ottoman is its own item.
Area rugs come in small, medium and large. Send the length and width and we’ll confirm which one applies. Carpet is priced per room, and mattresses by bed size, from twin to California king.

One visit, several items
Many of our jobs include more than one thing: a sectional and the rug in front of it, a sofa and a pair of armchairs, or a set of dining chairs. Add every item to the same estimate and we’ll plan a single visit. Each item keeps its own starting price, so you can see exactly where the total comes from.
Our published starting prices are the same across Los Angeles. Access, parking or building rules can affect the final quote, and we tell you about that before you book.

No. They are published starting prices for each item and size. Before you book, we confirm the material, condition, full scope, access and any additional charges, and you get the final quote before you decide.
Do you charge per seat, per item or per room?
Sofas, sectionals, chairs, ottomans, rugs and mattresses are priced per item, by size or configuration. Dining chairs are priced per chair and carpet per room.
What makes a quote higher than the starting price?
Usually size or configuration (a bigger sofa than the option chosen), delicate fabrics, heavy soiling, old stains or pet accidents that need more treatment, or difficult access. We tell you before booking, never after.
How do I get an exact quote?

Can I add another item after I send my estimate?
Yes. Tell us before the visit so we can plan the time and confirm the updated quote with you.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is $129 per visit. If your items add up to less, the estimate shows $129. The price we text is the price you pay. No surprises on site.
