area rugs?
Is the amount shown my final price?
No. It is the published starting price for the selected option. Once we’ve seen your photos, we text you an exact price. The price we text is the price you pay. No surprises on site.
What if I’m not sure which option fits?
Text a photo to (424) 209-7667 and include dimensions or seat count where relevant. Our team can help confirm the appropriate option.
Can you guarantee the stain will disappear?
No. Material, stain age and earlier treatments affect what is achievable. Explain the concern before booking so the team can assess the right approach.
A little love for what is underfoot.
Area rugs catch foot traffic, everyday dirt and the occasional accident. Our Los Angeles rug cleaning starts with the published small, medium and large options. Send actual dimensions and the material if known—the size labels alone do not establish an automatic measurement cutoff.
Material matters as much as size
Tell us about fringe, backing, visible wear, pet accidents and previous spot treatments. A photo and measurements help the team assess the rug rather than assume that every fiber needs the same process. We confirm treatment, access, scope and the final quote before booking.
Which rug cleaning size should I choose?
Include length and width along with a photo. The team confirms the correct published size option; do not assume a dimension limit that is not listed.
Is area rug cleaning the same as carpet cleaning?
They have separate estimate options. Carpet is priced by the listed room option, while rugs need their own dimensions and material assessment. Choose each separately if both need care.

How we clean an area rug
1. Identify the rug. Size, fibers, backing and fringe all matter. We look for colors that might bleed and ask about pads and past treatments.
2. Vacuum. Dry soil and grit come out first. For rugs, that matters as much as the cleaning itself.
3. Treat. Traffic lanes, spills and pet spots get a treatment suited to the fiber.
4. Extract. We rinse and extract to lift loosened soil and leftover cleaning solution.
5. Drying and aftercare. We explain how to help the rug dry and when to put furniture and the pad back.
If a rug isn’t a good candidate for our process, such as some antique, hand-knotted or very delicate pieces, we’ll tell you before you book rather than after.
How long does a rug take to dry?
Thin flatweaves can dry fairly quickly, while thick wool pile takes longer. Airflow and humidity make the biggest difference. Ventilate the room, keep foot traffic off and wait until the rug is fully dry before putting the pad and heavy furniture back on it. If furniture has to go back sooner, small protective pads or foil squares under the legs help prevent marks.
Wool, viscose, cotton, synthetic and jute
Wool is durable and cleans well, but it holds water and needs time to dry. Synthetic rugs (polypropylene, nylon, polyester) are generally the most forgiving. Cotton and flatweaves can shrink or bleed if they get too wet. Viscose (sometimes sold as art silk or bamboo silk) is delicate: it can yellow, lose its sheen or matt when wet, and some viscose rugs shouldn’t be wet-cleaned at all. Jute and sisal can brown or show water stains, so they need a very careful approach.
Not sure what yours is made of? Send a photo of the front, the back and any label. That usually tells us enough to give you an honest answer.
How much does area rug cleaning cost?
Published starting prices are $99 for a small rug, $99 for medium and $139 for large. Send the length, width and material, and we confirm the right option and final quote before you book.
Can you clean a viscose rug?
Sometimes. Viscose is one of the most delicate rug fibers and can be damaged by water. Send a photo and the label, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can clean it.
Can you remove pet urine from a rug?
We can often improve it, but we don’t promise. Urine soaks into the backing and the pad, and older accidents are harder to treat. Tell us how old it is and whether there’s a pad underneath.
What about the rug pad?
Tell us if there is one. A pad that has absorbed pet urine or a big spill may need replacing. Either way, put it back only once the rug is fully dry.
How often should a rug be cleaned?
There’s no fixed rule. It depends on foot traffic, pets and spills. Regular vacuuming on both sides and blotting spills quickly go a long way between cleanings.
Do you also clean wall-to-wall carpet?
Yes. Carpet cleaning is priced per room, from $99. Add rugs and carpet separately to the same estimate if both need care.
