Looking for an upholstery cleaner in Los Angeles? Compare the items above to find the right starting option rather than squeeze everything into one sofa price.
An upholstery cleaning plan for your furniture
Tell us what needs cleaning, the material or care label if known, and where the stains or odors are. Photos help us assess the pieces and confirm whether a treatment is suitable. Choose multiple items in one estimate and include your ZIP; our team confirms coverage, scope and the final quote before booking.
What does an upholstery cleaner clean?
Our furniture services cover fabric sofas and loveseats, L-shaped and large sectionals, armchairs, ottomans and upholstered dining chairs. Each has its own published options. Send photos if you are unsure which applies.
Is upholstery cleaning a general house-cleaning visit?
No. We specialize in upholstery, carpet, rugs, chairs and mattresses. This is not a kitchen, bathroom or general housekeeping service. Businesses can use our commercial enquiry page.
Serving Los Angeles. Send your ZIP so we can confirm your exact address and availability. An enquiry is not a booking.
Upholstered furniture and starting prices
Sofas and loveseats from $129. L-shaped sofas from $189. Large sectionals from $189. Armchairs $69 and ottomans $49. Upholstered dining chairs from $25 per chair. Mattresses aren’t upholstery, but we clean those too, from $99 on our mattress page.
Pick each piece separately in your estimate. A living room with a sectional, two armchairs and an ottoman is four items, not one sofa price, and pricing it honestly from the start means no surprises.
How an upholstery cleaning visit works
1. Fabric first. We check care codes, fabrics and stains on each piece, and ask what has already been tried.
2. Vacuum. Dust, crumbs and hair come out of the seams and from under removable cushions.
3. Treat and extract. Spots and high-use areas get a suitable treatment, then we rinse and extract the fabric.
4. Final check. We give remaining spots more attention and tell you what improved and what didn’t.
5. Drying and aftercare. Most jobs take around 1–2 hours of cleaning. Drying is separate, and we explain how to speed it up before we leave.
Fabric codes, delicate pieces and drying time
Check the care code first. Most sofas have a tag under a cushion or on the deck with a cleaning code. W means water-based cleaning is suitable. S means solvent-based cleaning only. WS means either. X means vacuum only, with no wet cleaning at all. If your tag says S or X, or there is no tag, tell us before booking. Some fabrics shouldn’t be wet-cleaned, and we’d rather say so up front than risk the fabric.
Delicate pieces such as linen slipcovers, velvet accent chairs, silk blends and antique upholstery need a careful approach, and occasionally the honest answer is that a piece shouldn’t be wet-cleaned at all. Send a photo of the piece and its tag and we’ll tell you before you book.
Drying time depends on the fabric, cushion thickness, the treatment needed, airflow and humidity. Dining chairs and thin fabrics dry faster than deep sofa cushions.
Help it dry faster. Open windows or run a fan or the air conditioning. Keep the room warm rather than closed up and humid. Keep pets, kids and dark clothing off the fabric until it’s dry to the touch, and don’t put throws or cushions back on damp fabric. Your technician will tell you when it’s ready to use.
What do the W, S, WS and X codes on my furniture mean?
They’re cleaning codes. W means water-based cleaning is suitable, S means solvent-based only, WS means either, and X means vacuum only. Tell us the code when you ask for an estimate. If there’s no tag, a photo of the fabric helps.
Can you clean several pieces of furniture in one visit?
Yes. Add each piece to the same estimate, such as a sofa, armchairs and dining chairs, and we confirm the full scope and final quote before booking.
Can upholstery cleaning remove odors?
It can reduce many everyday odors from spills, food and use. Odors from pet urine or smoke can go deeper into cushions, so we assess them honestly rather than promise.
How often should upholstery be cleaned?
There’s no fixed rule. Many households book when spots build up, before guests or a move, or after an accident. Vacuuming regularly and blotting spills quickly helps between cleanings.
Do you clean upholstery for businesses?
Yes. Offices, hospitality and shared spaces can use our commercial enquiry page for one-off or recurring care.
